The series titled “Less is Enough,” comprising 50×50 cm and 60×50 cm paintings, was inspired by a continuous exposure to daily news and distressing Instagram videos featuring violence in the artist’s country. This experience led to a realization that a reduction in visual stimuli was necessary for the sake of sustaining life. It was at this juncture that the artist commenced the creation of this series, predominantly drawing from various Instagram posts. In these artworks, intricate details were deliberately omitted, leaving only the fundamental elements of form and color. These paintings provide space for contemplation and offer a break from the constant flow of distressing news.
